My mother loves to order her favorite foods. As my father is half-Italian, my mother has a lot of Italian dishes that she loves to order. When I was younger, I would always ask her why my favorite dish wasn't on the menu. She would always explain to me that my favorite dish wasn't on the menu because there were so many different kinds of my favorite dish they didn't know what to call it.
